Condition grades
From very good condition to items showing wear.
We consider Grade A, Grade B and Grade C clothing. Used items do not need to be perfect, and grading expectations can be agreed in advance for regular supply arrangements.
Supply arrangements
Built for both occasional clearances and repeat supply.
Charity or textile outlet
The supplier puts suitable clothing to one side. We come and inspect the items and then buy the suitable stock.
Regular collection
A supplier retains suitable genuine sportswear and we agree a practical collection rhythm based on the volume available.
House-clearance lot
A mixed collection of shirts, jackets and branded clothing is assessed together for a possible complete-lot purchase.

The Shirt Buyer is run by Kevin Jones, an experienced e-commerce seller with hands-on knowledge of buying, assessing and selling pre-owned sports clothing through established online marketplaces.
Kevin played cricket for more than 10 years, supports Everton and has collected football shirts for many years. That experience brings a working understanding of teams, brands, eras, condition and the second-hand sportswear market.
The aim is simple: find suitable genuine stock, agree a practical arrangement and build dependable supplier relationships.

Do you buy individual items?
Our main focus is bulk volumes and larger collections of sports clothing. However, smaller collections may still be considered. Send us some details and photographs, and we will let you know whether the stock is suitable.
Do you buy adults’ and children’s clothing?
Yes. We consider genuine club, team and sporting clothing in both adult and children’s sizes.
What condition does the clothing need to be in?
We consider Grade A, Grade B and Grade C clothing—from items in very good condition to items showing noticeable wear. Used clothing does not need to be perfect. However, the condition must be accurately represented, and heavily damaged or unsuitable items may not be accepted. For regular suppliers, we can agree clear grading expectations in advance.
How do you work out a price?
We offer flexible pricing arrangements. We can propose a pricing structure after reviewing the stock, or we can consider a structure proposed by the supplier. Depending on the arrangement, stock may be priced as a complete mixed lot, by item type, by condition grade, or using another agreed method. Quantity, brands, teams, age, condition, authenticity and collection requirements will all be considered.
Will you buy new clothing?
Used and pre-loved stock is our priority. Genuine new or unused clothing may also be considered when it is suitable.
Can you arrange regular collections?
Yes. We are looking to build long-term relationships with suitable suppliers. Regular collections can be discussed where the location, volume and frequency make the arrangement practical.
What photographs should I send?
Please send clear photographs showing the overall quantity of stock, a selection of the items, team badges, brand labels and any noticeable damage or wear. We may ask for additional photographs before discussing an offer.
What happens if a counterfeit item is included by mistake?
We only knowingly purchase genuine items. However, we understand that some counterfeit items can be difficult to identify, particularly for suppliers who do not specialise in sportswear. For bulk and regular supply arrangements, we can agree a reasonable tolerance and a clear process for dealing with counterfeit items included unintentionally. This may involve returning the items, excluding them from payment, applying an agreed adjustment or reviewing repeated issues. This tolerance only applies to genuine mistakes; we do not accept stock that a supplier knows or suspects to be counterfeit.
